Do Ineed to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allowsyou to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product's warrantyinformation. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

What is your shipping policy during covid-19?
ACEFAST is currently operating with our standard shipment processing times, but due to high order volumes and carrier delays, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or refund orders or shipping fees after an order has been processed, left our facility, or is in possession of the carrier.
What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website can be returned within 30 days of purchase (need to be shipped back to our warehouse) for a full refund. International return orders may be subject to return shipping charges.

You can make inquiries through our online customer at our website or send an email to email@example.com. We will respond to process your order promptly every day during working hours.

How do l reset my password?
You can request a new password, by clicking here and selecting “I Forgot My Password” where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
